The final stage of your project may be getting your finished product into your customer’s hands, but it can also be the most complex. We aim to make this step as easy and stress-free as possible.

We can help with fulfilment

Freight Consolidation & Clearance

With hubs in China, UK, and the USA we can consolidate stock with other projects to help reduce your shipping costs. We can also act as Importer of Note for your shipment to assist with customs clearance once the goods reach Australia.

Beyond Crowdfunding

We’ve made a name for ourselves fulfilling Crowdfunding projects, but that doesn’t mean that is all we will help with. We’re happy to assist with any forms of pre-order, multi-wave fulfilment, and are always happy to discuss your fulfilment plans for your customers.

Australia-Based Fulfilment Support

For times when parcels go missing, are delayed, or mispacked, our support team is able to reach out to customers and contacts in the local timezone to assist getting things resolved as quickly as possible.
